Really bad. I was served a salad that had barely a handful of items on a huge bowl of iceberg lettuce. Sent back. Girlfriend had a hair in her soup. Took home a carry out of a roast beef sandwich, was lunch meat on a hot dog bun. Girlfriend tried it again (I warned her) and she got bad, spoiled, corned beef. The waitresses were addressed on both occasions. They acted like they don't care. Talked to a few others who said some people got sick from their food. Menus are the same from the old location. Smaller portions.
Great place for big groups. Got a burger and the seasoned fries and both were pretty good. The salads looked great too. I went with 20 people out so, and service was pretty fast anyway
The aesthetic of the place is exactly as the name says. Food wise it certainly is up to standards. More so than anything I had a salad side, and I haven't had tomatoes like that anywhere!

One star due to the god-awful food and the fact it fails in all the positive areas of their old location.
The new location is big! The patio is a great spot when the weather is nice but I do miss the previous location a bit. I enjoy most of the food at The Library. The most recent time I was there I ordered pizza and it didn't have much sauce. I'm a pizza sauce person though, so next time I'll just ask for extra to dip! The chicken Caesar salad is great and the wait staff is friendly.
Haven't been here in a while. Love the new location. Food is always good. And every server I've ever had is friendly.
I go often with friends for lunch or dinner.
As far as the environment, I don't get it. It's certainly not a pub, and it does not have a cozy, neighborly feel like the last place. To me, it's confusing. Has nothing to do with the old location. It feels empty with no identity.
