Life savers! I am new to Michigan and had not yet brought my vehicle in for service when, on my way to the airport, my car started smoking (poorly done oil change (spill) from drive up oil change establishment). Not only did they calm my panic about my car (that I love!) but, within 20 minutes had me fixed and out the door. I made my flight and had the relief that there was a simple fix AND that I had a Mercedes dealer who truly cares about Mercedes owners. I will bring my vehicle back for service continually and am still amazed at the generosity and kindness of the service department. A+
