Not concerned with moving lines at all. It wasnt even a busy time of day. Took 10 minutes to buy a pair of socks and i only had 2 people in front of me.
Would I go back? No
Not very happy. I come in the sales rep was extremely swear. I grabbed my items went to checkout, the line was insanly long with one cashier. I go up to her and tells me no it's just me, theyll be up in a second. Many other costumers did the same and no one came up. I was extremely disappointed. I left put back my things ask another sales rep. He was nasty nasty
Be prepared to wait in line longer than you shop every time 20+ minutes. They are always understaffed
Get an attitude with me tried to rush my transaction. Unreal. Instead of him saying sorry he gets an attitudefor there lack of planning.
Never again. The staff is horrible and there's always new people every time I go. They never have anything good to buy it's not worth the trip. If you want a good experience go to the one in Brighton about 20 minutes west of Novi. The staff is wonderful there and everything there is great!
My favorite mall. A bit large so I usually plan my route. There website is great.
