These people are stupid I had to do there job so I could leave they just set there playing on there phones complaining about the extra training they had to with they needed it because they did not even lock the door to keep the prisoners secure
They don't care about trying to help people they just want money. The judges are the most crooked people that have ever walked into the court house. They treat you as if you are guilty until proven innocent. There programs don't work and it is all a scam they get kickbacks for sending people to jams.
Stood at the counter waiting for somebody to help me after 10 minutes of standing there somebody finally walked up and asked me how they can help me to come to find out the whole time I've been calling for the last 2 weeks they kept telling me it was my screw up to come to find out it was their screw up.
I can understand the clerks getting frustrated sometimes as they are working in a court house and have to answer questions and may want to help but not able to give legal advice when all matters are legal...couple clerks over the phone who were kind and patient enough to spend a few mins answering questions kindly tell me the ones they could not and explain and some who were short and snippy with me but maybe they had a bad day. A court house is not a happy place to be at or choose to deal with so they may not be happy every day. As far as the fees, they wouldn't start charging if they didnt need it. as a business owner I couldn't even imagine how many thousands of dollars spent on paper and carbon forms alone. I have seen a couple magistrates for traffic stuff and I feel that they are fair and knowledgeable. And I want to add they are drastically improving from before.
