They will take you for a ride. Most insurance plans do not cover a foot doctor. I needed inserts and it will end up costing nearly $1000 out of pocket. I called and they refused to negotiate me a cash price, seeing as insurance covered nothing because they are greedy and want me to pay double. The staff is nice but slow. I will never go back.
I have been to this office before a couple years ago. My BCBC insurance has a copay but when I checked in they wanted more than the copay because I’m an old patient and when they verified BCBC I did not make my deductible. THEY NEED TO EXPLAIN THIS BETTER THAN CALLING YOU AN OLD PATIENT! Never in the medical service industry have I seen this before. Don’t have an issue with them changing more than the co pay but they way they explained it IS BAD BUSINESS!!
Best foot and ankle doctors in the game! I highly recommend anyone with any type of foot or ankle condition to see one of these doctors. A+ staff and customer service. They have saved me on a number of occasions!
After experiencing horrible pain in my heel, I went to see Dr. Mozen at the referral of my primary care physician. He is AMAZING!! After several months of treatment and surgery in July, I already feel so much better. The pain is gone. I feel like I can walk like a normal person again! Thank you so much, Dr. Mozen. The staff is amazing. They all are very professional, and you can tell they love their job too by the way they go above and beyond to help you. They have a great sense of humor as well! Something I found to be very enjoyable and helped me to forget about the pain for a little while during my appointments. You cannot go wrong at this office. You can feel the love and the care they all give. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
