The worst customer service ever! !!! Ordered a couch from them and was told delivery by end of May. Wss quick to take 30% as deposit.No delays there.
I might go with someone else. Terrible!!
I would let that slide- but when I pushed for a delivery date- I was told that it leaves the factory sometime last week of may and it would get delivered whenever it gets delivered. I was told that they have no control over the delivery process and it might take as long as 6 months to get delivered from the order.I guess they use smoke signals to communicate and carrier pigeons to deliver - that is why no clue when it would be delivered.
Large selection. Staff was very good.
If there is a company without a delivery and tracking schedule of products in 2016- this is it!!
Edit. May 23rd. They moved the delivery to end June. Surprised that they are still in business.
When I call them mid May- they indicate it might be June 1st week or later!!!
