Been with them for years. They regularly shop around for the best rates for me and let me know. Kelly is great to work with, and I can usually handle everything with a phone call or a couple of emails. I've never even had a reason to visit the office!
Jason Woytal has been our insurance agent for the past 15 years. He was my agent when I was at Farm Bureau and is my agent now at NuStar. He has done an excellent job for me and that is why I stay with him. He takes my calls in the evening and weekends when I need him and goes far beyond to help me.
It's like the receptionist is doing you a favor by connecting you to your agent's voice mail. And I left the message over a week ago and still haven't heard back from them. By far the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with.
Jason Woytal of Portage, MI is the absolute worst of the worst. Not just as an insurance agent, but as a human being as well. He lacks courtesy, respect, and human decency. He’s rude and condescending, yet he also likes the play the role of the victim. In this world, you can be one or the other, but not both. He also lacks basic intelligence as he is unburdened with wit which you’ll notice right off the bat. I would suggest NuStar part ways with Jason so he can get a job that’s better suited to his intelligenze and socialization skills...perhaps a meter maid, bathroom attendant, or telemarketer? I know he used to work for Farm Bureau as an agent, but they wised up to his act and fired him. LOL shocker, right? Unfortunately, google won’t allow anything lower than a 1 star rating because my actual rating for Jason would be negative TEN.
I've been getting lousy service from Nu Star for over a decade. Shame on me for putting up with it for so long. I'm switching as soon as possible to a company that actually understands you don't just collect my $12,000.00 each year, you have to answer my questions. Commercial and Workers Comp insurance is complicated. Actually, all insurance is complicated.
