They are under new ownership, these guys are much better than the last, thanks for the great service and amazing pizza. Its a great fealing when i walk in there door and a smiling face is rushing to take care my order. Very impressed, ill be back.
Great customer service even right when they open
On busy Friday evening, we ordered 5 topping Vegetarian Pizza with Garlic bread. It was busy, the lady to take our order was new, but we and she both completed the order patiently. We were asked if we want our Pizza crust garlic and we selected that. We must say, our family loved the Pizza and the Howie bread. Both were delicious. We want to support local business and would recommend it to others. We know for sure we are going to be their customers till we get good service and delicious pizza.
But that night, we saw a client walk in to resolve her past issue, which the store owner handled patiently and professionally, but it was probably not up to client's expectation. And client walked out using abusive language. So we feel sorry for store staff, but clients should behave within their boundaries too. Every business has their policies, so try to resolve your issues according to that.
This place extremely disrespectful. I went in to get a job and the manager (Sean) gave me a huge packet to fill out with all my SS, insurance, birth certificate etc. He then told me I got the job and they will call on Monday with my schedule. After a few days, I got no call so I went in and the manager (Sean) told me they were moving some people around and that in the next week he would call with my schedule. After waiting another week I went back in and again (Sean) then told me sorry but we are fully hired right now. There was not even a courtesy call to tell me I no longer got the job. I then called to confront Sean about it and he was extremely disrespectful and told me that maybe next time I "should fill out the application properly" even though I had seen him twice since I turned it in and he had not brought up any problems with it. I said I will be following up with the owner and he said "well the owner will not be contacting you". I'm extremely upset because I wasted two weeks in which I could of looked for another job, after being ASSURED the job. I went in 2 times to check on the status and he kept saying they will be calling with my schedule soon. When I called to complain Sean was extremely rude basically telling me it's not his fault I don't know how to fill out an application, though he had no problems with it until now. I'm extremely dissapointed with the way this place is run, it's an absolute joke.
Spoke Zach the alleged manager after waiting an hour and half for my delivery order. I was told that because the driver couldn't find our place and that it was my fault I didn't answer my phone when they called. MY FAULT?! My fault that I'm taking care of two children before bedtime and missed a call? Heaven forbid we live in a century where every person has GPS glued to there hand with there phone?! I hope you feel good sending two children to bed hungry because it was my fault for not answering. Merry Christmas Happy Holidays and God Bless Zachary
