(The technical issue I spotted was that they do not use the full screen size. Don’t know why. Hope they fix this issue and start using the full screen .)
I'd normally say that my experience was exceptional, but when I went today, an employee named Sky put his hands on me and tried to push me out of the theater. I have NVR seen him or talked to him in my life. All I did was talk to one of the female employees. I love this place tho. Really enjoy the great service
First experience with their new Super EMAX screen. Great sound and great recliner seats.
The theater itself is amazing! Comfortable recliner seats, clean theaters, courteous staff. It's a great overall experience. My only gripe is the parking setup. You have to walk quite a distance from the parking lot to the actual theater. In our bitter cold Michigan winters, that walk becomes even worse. Patches of ice everywhere along the path hinder you from walking too fast. I would really feel bad for any handicap or disabled customers. There's no way to even drop your loved ones at the door. I recommend visiting in warm weather and be prepared for that walk regardless of the outside temperatures!
I love the fact that there are matinees everyday including weekends before 6 p.m. They've updated a number of their Stadium theaters with all reclining seats and the ability to select your seat at ticket purchase time. I did not get an alcoholic beverage but I do appreciate the fact that I have that option should I choose to imbibe. I tend not to go during Peak movie viewing times, opting as I said above mainly for the matinee so I'm not sure what the atmosphere is like during a crowded showing, but the place is clean and well-appointed.

I love the new reclining seats! My only gripe is it feels like the way the new concession area is set up takes longer than it used to. In theory it should move faster, but it doesn't.
