Safest cleanest and not embarrassing to live here at all these traliors are actully nice
I been trying to find my own home for a few years. My visit to their lease office was the best customer service experience I ever had. I was welcomed by the residents that were in the office. Laura was the most outstanding lease agent I ever met. Kind, understanding, and made me feel like a person. Believe me! This kind of love is hard to come by. This park is the definition of a community, as they are very familylike.
this park has a racially biased owner who constantly trys to get more money out of everyone living here and charges different people different fees, they sold me a trailer with a bad mold problem and then called it a "premium lot" all though the concrete slab it is on is sink bad. this place is a joke.
I grew up here and have lived in 4 different trailers. After moving out of my mother home I bought a place in here for my family. I have been living here for 20+ years and I love it here:) My kids can play without fear and everyone is so friendly! The office staff is amazing! I have also referred other family to move in and they like it here as well. They keep it clean and safe for members of all ages!!
My friend lives here . Great place to get just absolutely dickered in the front lawn. Looking at a doublewide but the owner asked me if he could bum a cigarette, very unprofessional. It's close to Arby's so thats good I can get motzaralla fingers and ranch. Too many Japaense peopel here they think they are better because they take off their shoes inside and eat sitting on the floor. U can't sit on the floor at Arbys dumbasses.
