The gentleman that helped me with my issues here was Dan. I’m happy to say he went above and beyond any of my expectations. Apple is lucky to have any employee like him, and if you need to go the this store, I would highly recommend asking for dan. I’ll definitely be going back to this location for future needs.

Usually, Apple stores have great customer service; this is the first one I came across with poor service. I donot reccomend this store.

This store has really poor customer service. I was there a couple weeks ago to retrieve data from my broken screened iPhone 6 to iPhone 10. They ‘manager’ there told me there were no ways for them to retrieve data from the phone and they couldn’t even fix the broken screen.

The worst experience i ever had in my life. My phone stopped working and i brought it here and waited 1 hour for someone to take care of me. My phone is covered under warranty and has no physical damage at all and they told me they cant cover it because something went wrong on the inside of the phone that they have no control of. I will never come back here again and now i know why people hate coming here.

Schedule an appointment. Even doing so it will take time for you to be seen. This place is usually extremely crowded and undermanned. I would try another location but surely make a reservation. There's plenty of parking and places within the mall to go and do. My MacBook pro speakers were acting up. The whole process took a couple hours from start to finish but it got replaced under warranty

A few days later, I go to staples and they fixed the screen for me for 80 bucks and I have all my data back.

I wish I could give negative stars. I waited almost 25minutes past my scheduled time yesterday to have my Watch repaired. The screen broke from the inside out and I literally did nothing to it. So he says “even if you didn’t have AppleCare we’d still be replacing this due to a “swollen battery”. Which is what caused the screen to push out.” What’s their solution? Ship it out to be repaired, and they’ll ship it to me, but I have to be home to sign for it. I live 45 minutes from the store, so that’s not convenient either. What’s convenient? Replace my freaking watch! Clearly it was an Apple malfunction. So why am I being treated the same as if I had damaged the watch? I don’t want an Apple malfunctioning watch back. I also don’t want to have to take time off work to be home to sign for the stupid package. I was given no heads up of what day just 3-5 days. I’m a sole custody dad, it’s all me. And to be told I might have to take Friday, Saturday and Monday off to be home just to sign for a watch?!?! This is just terrible customer service. Y’all couldn’t tell me what company they use when it’s shipped? I asked twice. They could care less, just give em your money. That’s all they care about. Terrible!
