Love BB and just spent $4000 there. but need computer drop off. Walked around store for 40 minutes waiting for drop of on hardware issue that support already said was the issue. Any blue shirt could do this vs. Waiting on a tech person that had to stop helping their customer to talk to me.

I always love going to Best Buy but their prices are a little higher than the rest of the places but they do have price match which is cool and they have a very knowledgeable staff. One of the better Best Buys in the area but that's because of the staff. I would always recommend checking out Amazon first because prices are better usually and you can get it matched.
