If you have prolapse (2013) they don't diagnosis you unless your bladder is already out of you (which by then you know something is wrong. The doctor acted like it was no big deal. Pain and pressure and having a hard time going to the bathroom no big deal. In 2016 went in and wrote in that I was having pain and pressure, nothing done or said. I went to have Thermi Va done by another doctor hoping to help my pain and pressure. He told me I had a rectocele and thining of my perineum and describe them to me, I went home and put my finger in to see he was so right. I would not go back to any OBGYN but I need hormones (you need a RX) in this office. I am hoping to move so I am going to need a new one. The Thermi Va doctor if I stay living here I will switch to him.
I can not begin to describe how wonderful this practice is. My main Doctor I see is Dr. Daris who is great. She is kind, patient and very professional. She helped diagnose a problem I knew I had for years. Because of this I know have a beautiful baby. I have never had to wait long when I have appointments, staff is friendly, and it is very organized all around. I have rotated through all the physicians during my pregnancy and have been very pleased with them all.My labor and delivery could not have been better. I would highly recommend this practice.
The ultrasound tech made me schedule an appointment making it sound like it was for the health of my child so I get there and they try charging me $200 because it's apparently an "optional appointment" the time I actually saw the doctor I had to wait 2 hour and was late to work. DO NOT GO HERE EVER
Extremely unprofessional. After waiting an entire extra week for a phone call about a test result, I called them myself. The receptionist acted confused and put me on hold for half an hour. When she returned she informed me they "lost my specimen". The entire experience disturbed me greatly. I have been going to metro partners for over ten years, and I wouldn't leave a review like this unless I felt obligated to do so. I have witnesses the quality of care offered there decline rapidly within the past three years. I highly discourage people from coming here. I am so SO disappointed with them lately. A woman's health is a personal thing and they have failed to treat me with the dignity that every patient deserves.
Gotta love a place that charges 25$ late fee, but does not reimburse you for showing up early and having your appointment cancelled. Came in for an ultrasound. Full bladder was even 25min early. Sat there for 15 minutes until they finally spoke to me and told me my appointment was cancelled. Thank you for wasting my time and gas. Will never return again. Do not schedule an ultrasound if you feel like wasting time.
