Waited for 20 minutes before leaving for someone to help. The teenage girl at the desk yelled to someone at the back to help a few times and was never heard. They do t seek the filter for the tanks they sell so it was a waste of time anyway. Try amazon instead of going to this store. Prices are lower and service is better.
A very good Pet Supplies Plus. I like that it's a small local store, and really appreciate all the help the staff gives me when I'm there. They are always helpful, friendly and love talking to customers and about animals.
Their prices are good, but their customer service is lacking. They just aren't super friendly.
Their prices are very reasonable and usually cheaper than all the other popular pet stores. Unfortunately, last visit I was there, they didn't have the product I needed and it was the only place I could go because of the time. This was not the first time they haven't had it either. Seems like they are out of products pretty often.
Well stocked. Staff will do whatever they can to special order needed pet supplies. Wonderful to work with the entire staff!
