Second time shopping with Premier ; first time at this store. Came in with an expired coupon which they honoured. Helped load the truck. Very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. High end stuff at fair prices.
Always super friendly and helpful. We have a lot of animals and I will always go to PPS for all my animal needs. They even carry our top line cat food which is hard to find!
The staff is very friendly and helpful when you walk in, the store is clean and organized and has a nice variety of products. I tried to use a visa gift card and had a little trouble (because of the gift card, not the store) but they were extremely helpful and patient with me while i called the card company to try to fix it. I first came to premier pet because of a groupon that used to be offered, and the staff helped me pick out food for my cat who has a super sensitive stomach. They were very knowledgeable, and the food they helped me pick out has been working out really well with my cat. They send out a lot of coupons in the mail too, which is very helpful.
I was here for only a few minutes and it was enough to make me decide to keep coming back for everything I need for my cat. The employees are friendly and incredibly helpful, the store is tidy, the location is convenient, and their selection can't be beat, especially by big names like Pet Supplies Plus or Petsmart. This is, by far, the best pet store I've ever, EVER been to! I can't wait to go back and look around more!
Love this store! They carry a wide variety of high quality and specialty diet foods and treats for cats and dogs, as well as as selection of toys and other pet supplies. Staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Leashed dogs are welcome.
