RUDE!!! I'm not the pickiest person when it comes customer service, but I was appalled by the service both me and my husband received from this Kohls. Work on your return dept.
Unless you have a lot of Kohl's cash the store is kind of expensive they don't have much on sale right now. Don't expect to find anyone on the floor to help you as well last year I had a very bad experience with their management during the holiday season. Be mostly prepared to help yourself and wait in a long line there are some hidden gems to be found in the store but they are few and far between
Decent selection, staff is usually not friendly, but the store is kept clean and usually has some sort of sale going on.
I’m a Senior. Enjoy Wednesday gave me 15% off coupon and often receiving $10 coupon let me buy something . Of course if not any coupons .I will coming to shopping!
Very bad experience today I really like the necklace and was trying to buy it. However jewelry sales person completely ignored me she answered the phone instead. very rude person. I spent 15 minutes waiting she completely ignored as. I did approach another employees and they told me that they can't help me.
