I recommend for you to go to JCPenney or series they have much better deals than Macy’s or Burlington coat factory ...
I like this place. Lot of good deals and good buys.. also very good in customer satisfaction.. Ruth in Kitchen appliance section helped me to get an exchange for an item which was broken in the box itslef...
I am not surprised by the other one star reviews regarding poor customer service. I went to a customer service counter to return an item. I was treated like a total inconvenience, I was give 0% customer service, and both men were very rude. They were visibly irritated with me and with many other customers. Their tone and mannerism were very arrogant. I will absolutely not waste my time shopping here.
If I could give them less than a one star rating I would. Do not stand behind their products at all. Bought a bed with a 10 year warranty. 19 months later we sink to the bottom of this thing when we sleep on it and they will not do anything about it. They were rude and their sales people were awful. Will never go back there again. Just spend twice as much to by a sleep number and it was worth every penny. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is trash! No wonder these brink and mortar stores are closing up left and right. GOOD RIDDENCE.
I ordered 3 comforters online from a Black Friday sale. The first time, they sent an email saying that it was canceled. It didn’t say why. I called them and asked the reason for it to be canceled, they said to call back an hour later. Again, they didn’t say why. I bought the same 3 comforters again online and they sent the same email saying that it was deleted. I called them again (an hour later) and they made us wait for the longest time. After waiting they hung up the call. NEVER SHOP ONLINE AT MACYS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
