Best shoe store besides foot locker here is my experience,I was looking for some kyrie 3 3pt contest shoes I looked everywhere footlocker Nike outlet no one had it,I call finsish line and ask them and I was absolutely shocked when they said "yes we do" I'm like I gotta go now so I get there cop the kyries and now I'm the happiest middle schooler in the world thx finish line.
I had to return some shoes that customer service pomised me by a certain date (didn't get here on time) so went in to the novi store and had a horrible experience with Melissa Who said she the manager I don't think she had the right to talk to me the way she did but I bit my tounge bc there was women n kids in the store after having her be rude n inconsiderate of my time I felt to just be quiet n handle it this way I'll call her boss n he makes up excuses for her that y I know this company a joke if Melissa working at the novi store or any store leave bc she could be having another bad day like her boss Mike said the store manager Melissa never once said sorry mike said sorry that other store send out damaged shoes but him or her never said sorry u didn't get your shoes on time instead they treating me like a criminal wrong thing to do finsh line just lost a customer n my friends n family will not shop here either
After one day of wearing the shoes, they wouldn't except the return because they were "worn"... Right, Im going to buy shoes to keep in the box and never wear, let me buy a brand new car then walk home.
Waited 10 minutes to finally be helped. Daughter tried on shoes and needed a different size, after waiting almost 10 minutes for the larger size we walked out. This has happened twice now, not going back.
