I went to Footlocker to return a pair of boots that did not fit via an online order. The associate, Taunya, was courteous, accommodating, without being overbearing. as I painstakingly went around the store trying to pick out items to use the store credit for. She was also very pleasant to the other customers that came in the store. If I go back, it will be when she's there specifically.
Worst store ever...employees could give a damn!
