My brother and me were here looking for a pair of shoes. It has a basic indoor mall look for this kind of tenant, but I enjoyed it as it felt roomy, plus much of the generic appearance is covered by sections of clothing. All the items here look to be well-crafted and have several recognizible brands. We were helped out by a saleslady who was nice and has a little bit of humor.
Not very helpful when UGG boots purchased began to fall apart. They were unwilling to exchange,repair or replace after 90days. I don't ever plan to purchase here again. M.L.T. 3/19/2012
Know what you are getting, get in and get out. I ordered two pairs of shoes online because I didn't really know which color I wanted. The store clerk constantly affirmed that I could simply return whichever shoe I want to the store-- wrong! He forgot to mention that products that ship directly from the manufacture are not eligible to be returned in store nor can they be cancelled! Don't be a fool like m, now I have to wait a month to get my return...hopefully...
Ordered a pair of bailey bow ugg boots online. I paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping and didn't come till 4 days after & they sent me toddler boots. So I went to the store and ordered a new pair gave her my license and what not and they said it would be 5-7 business days. It's been 10 days so.i called customer service to find out what was going on. Found out the girl at the store didn't even type the same address or name right so it shipped to the wrong address. Customer service said the boots were no longer available online so she would just issue the refund. Customer service on the phone was wonderful but the girl named katie at the store, you clearly shouldn't be working there if you can't type info off of someone's license correctly. Taking my money elsewhere.
