I can't even believe my experience here at this Claire's. I've been a customer at this location since I was a teen. I even had my ears pierced here several times. When my daughter was baptized, I purchased a pair of real gold earrings that costed me around $100 from here. Instantly, they were easily pulled off & lost. I bought another pair, this time plated gold earrings, those were pulled off & lost. Finally, I bought another 2 pairs, ones that the manager recommended, & one of them broke before even taking them out of the package. Those were easily pulled off as well, and broken instantly. I advised the manager of my situation, & she was extremely rude & petty; she did absolutely nothing for me. She said "there is no way any child can pull these off," & "my kid is this age & she's never taken them off" insisting that I was lying. She continued to argue with me. No refund. No nothing. I spent over $250+ on earrings that were cheaper than Dollar Store quality. Not only, did I waste all that money, but it has posed a safety hazard and caused lots of stress for me. I will NOT be taking my business here anymore. You lost a 15 year+ customer because of this incompetent & sassy manager.
Horrible!! I bought some earrings a couple weeks ago and just a few days ago I realized my ears started to bleed, I thought it was because of my new piercing but I just discovered that one of my earrings is ripped and it stabbed the back of my ear!! And if it was me who ripped the earring then why is this place selling earrings that can rip????? Cheap jewelry I will not go there ever again.

Had an excellent experience at Claire's, specifically with Amanda. She is highly professional and very quick. I got both my ear lobes pierced and it took less than a minute for her to do. Total time spent here was 10 min. I definitely recommend Claire's.
