I did it 3 weeks prior to her birthday. Never getting a call from them giving me a status, but me calling them all the time trying to make sure they would have it in time. The day before her birthday still nothing so I called and they said it was in, nothing like last minute. I went to pick it up the morning of her birthday and first they were rude like always then come to find out 3 weeks waiting they ordered a bracelet NOT a necklace as I ordered.
I will never purchase another piece of Jewelry from Jared's again. The customer service is appauling.
Fonda is a pro!! She will get you your perfect diamond and make the process so very easy!
Remember they work on commission they are friendly during the sale and the selling of an extended warranty, but after that if you aren't there to buy you are treated awful.
I would never ever purchase anything from Jared Jewelry again they are the worst company to deal with.
Read their other reviews they are well known for issues and being so rude.
It meant NOTHING to the manager that they so screwed up and I was stuck with NO gift on my daughters birthday. Absolutely SHAMEFUL.
I left there went to a different Jewelry store I ordered exactly what I did at Jared that took 3 weeks to come in wrong, I got the necklace at other Jewelry place next day. Yes the next day and it was right.
Also want people to know Jared Jewelry order process is ridiculous.

I have been a customer of Jared Jewelry for years spent many thousands there. Unfortunately I have felt stuck going there due to paying for extended warranty. Each time I go there it is a huge huge aggravation they work on commission and are rude to you that you are there for a free warranty repair vers another sale for themselves to benefit off.
My last experience ended me ever going back to Jared Jewelry and spreading the word to all this is the worst place to shop.

GREAT Experience! Ask for Ron, you will not be disappointed. He was kind, understanding and so knowledgeable. Being we both know next nothing about jewelry, it was such a relief to deal with someone who was willing to take the time to explain everything and to walk us through the entire process. The thought of purchasing a piece of jewelry to wear for the rest of my life was a nerve-wracking situation for me, and Ron was absolutely awesome. He never attempted to up-sell us - he just presented us with options to make the engagement ring everything we wanted and needed. I can't say enough good things about our visit!
So my daughters 13th bday gift we ordered 3 weeks ahead of time to make her bday special never made it.
I have to wait 10 days on a check.
My fiance and I had a great experience here. The sales woman was very attentive to us but let us take our time and look at everything without being pushy. They have an on-site jeweler (which I thought was super cool) and they are capable of sizing/re-sizing you rings same day!
REMEMBER YOU WILL HAVE REPAIRS AT SOME POINT AND THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH.
Excellent experience!! We bought the diamond and the Tacori setting here and couldn't be more happier! I can't tell you how many compliments I get on my ring. Jareds has one of the widest selections of diamonds! Plus, they even offer insurance/maintenance packages which you won't find at independent jewelers!
They acted like no big deal it was a mistake and made no effort to make things right.The manager there was so rude gave NO solution to the problem and he could not even refund my deposit of $60.00 cash. I would have to wait 10 days for a Check.
