I put a ring on layaway to only find out they missed mark the price on the ring!! They told me it was a 1 ct ring and it was on sale. After doing some research the tag that was on the ring was wrong!! I was still wanted the ring after they found out what it was and what the reao price would be. But they never got back to me. I will never go to this Kays store again

I am very surprised about all the bad reviews. I got a warm welcome in that store when I was looking for an engagement ring and they were very personable. They showed me various diamonds to compare clarity, took the time to walk me through options, and were able to quickly understand what I was looking for. The work I asked them to do on the ring was completed within a couple of days to my complete satisfaction.
Rip off - can't give this location zero stars. Took my ring in for inspection, was told I had two chipped stones. They were going to show me the chips but never did. Ring was sent out for repair, I was given the estimate to replace the stones and agreed to the repair. I clearly stated "I want the chipped stones returned". After 3 months I called, where is my ring? The gentleman on the phone was going to call corporate to find out. Interestingly enough, they called me later that day and surprise! My ring was in the store. Went to pick it up, no chipped stones returned. Ring looks exactly the same as it did. I got ripped off!
Don't take your jewelry here ever!! I'm getting married in 13 days , had my ring serviced here got it back and I immedelty noticed a diamond is completely cloudy . They try to tell me it was the clarity of my diamond after it got cleaned , it's been cleaned before never a issue . I took to another jewelry place , and the diamond was cracked . thankfully the place where I took it back is replacing it . Never ever go to this place . Crooks, and unprofessional .
