Very disappointing. Horrible food and service. When we arrived, I asked if they had my favorite brand of tequila. The waiter look dazed. It was clear that he did not know the brand. He immediately said no. I asked him to check. He returned and said Chili’s did not carry it. When we left, I saw a bottle right on the front bar! What a shame. I could have had a great margarita with a premium tequila and Chili’s would have made a little more money off it. Food has gone downhill. Won’t be back.
Old Timer burger was good. Fries were good. Nsrtender waits on you during lunch. Fast service.

Great food. I come once to twice a week. Great service staff. Katie the bartender always gives the best service.
We were seated immediately, but it took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, 15 minutes to get our drinks, and 20 minutes for us to place our orders. Dinner was served with no silverware. Our appetizer plate was never cleared, crowding the already small table, and the bill was thrown at us and we were never asked if we wanted dessert (we did). We LOVE Chili's but will never visit this location again. Horrible service!
