I’m in love with The Novi Firehouse subs! I go here about 1-2 a week and online order and go through the drive thru. Bryan and his staff always greet me by name and service is outstanding!
The subs are great. Great bread & meats. The service is always slow at the Novi location.
I would advise avoiding the drive thru at this location, especially if you are in any sort of time crunch. I spent about 20 minutes waiting behind one car that was ahead of me. When I finally received my food (a salad this time) it was incredibly delicious. I will be eating here again, just not through the drive thru.
We bought three sandwiches and they looked disgusting. It didn't look appetizing at all. Mine especially so I took it back. My husband doesn't like taking food back so he kept his disgusting sandwich, but said he wouldn't go back. No wonder there was nobody in there. They need to do better!
Terrible service. I pulled up to the drive through and waited 6 minutes just for someone to take my order!!!! Why have a drive through window? Everything takes 25 minutes. Hire more people. Unreal.
