I'm not sure if it was just an off night, but I've never wanted to walk out while waiting for my food so badly.
Our waiter Mitchell was practically non existent the entire 90 minutes we were in the restaurant. First my husband had to wait 45 min for water then once our appetizers showed we had to wait until the checks came to get the ranch we asked for. Our food was cool by the time we were given Silverware.
Awful experience. We went today December 9th, 2017 @5pm. When we walked in be sat, no employees were present. There were 4 people in front of us and 7 behind us waiting. We were sat about 10 min later. After being sat we got our silverware and waited.....and waited.....and waited....25 minutes we loaded up the kids and left. Not one employee made eye contact or spoke with us on the way out.
Thank God the hosts was gracious enough to step in and promptly bring me my B-sauce.
Not a single person would give an explanation as to what the problem was not did they offer a sincere apology. No member of management could be seen anywhere
The food was very taste and our server was great. But my only complaint was when our food was brought to our table I asked the young lady for barbecue sauce and she never brought it.
The Hostess was slightly rude, but given she was bussing tables and assisting the wait staff I can forgive that.
Worst service!! The waitress was nice and friendly at first, but soon had to wait wayy too long for food to be delivered. The drinks too way to long to be made and be delivered even for a refill. Got over charged for some food, and requested to speak to the manager. He was very disrespectful about the entire thing and just demanded pay and then walked away. Very rude. Will not go back
The wait staff was so slow. Not an ounce of hustle in a single one of them.
My husband paid 50$ and out friend paid 30$ for meals and service that my 11 year old could have done a better job with. I would never recommend this location again.
It’s a beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere. But the service is terrible. Our waitress acted like she didn’t care and was near the bathroom on her phone for ten minutes. Before bringing us our food....almost 45 minutes to an hour later. Plus we only seen our waitress a total of three times and that’s not counting the times we seen her on her phone.
