Will not go there ever again. They sat me never waited on me for almost 15 minutes. couldn't get a cup of coffee, the waitress only showed up and was nice towards the end when she brought me my bill and was overly accommodating at that point because she knew she wasn't going to get much of a tip! I would go somewhere else in the area if you want an average meal.
Prompt, courteous service. Delicious food. Warm ambience. Could have spent the whole day there.

The food is tasty with many items to choose from. Numerous combinations of egg dishes and breakfast selections are available on the menu. I found the staff very friendly and responsive to my requests. Today I went to IHOP during their apparent busy time of the morning about 11 a.m.. I noticed there was no hostess at the entrance area to keep track of the arriving guests. A number of people accumulated near the entrance, then there was some confusion as to who should be seated first. I could see an older gentleman which I assumed was the manager, serving food from the kitchen. The manager should have taken charge of the arriving guests instead of helping the wait staff with food delivery. That said, I still enjoyed a nice late breakfast served by a friendly server. I have been to this same IHOP previously and was seated immediately and had no problem. I think they might need to strategize on how to handle their busy times of the day.
Waited for a table then got seated and didn't see a waitress for 20 minutes. When she finally came to the table we ordered our drinks and didn't see her again for about 15 more minutes with our drinks. I started a timer and believe the waitress saw it because after that her service was great. But over all not a great experience.
