Currently still waiting for our order. We ordered over a hour and a half ago for 3 things. It is 5 minutes down the road (we are working so we were unable to pick it up). Called when a hour had past to see the status and whoever I talked to said it would be there shortly. 20 minutes later we get delivered an extra large pizza. Not what we ordered. Finally called for a second time to figure it out. They apologized for the mix up and gave a small discount. Myself or the company will not be ordering from here again.
Last time for Guido's....don't believe the positive reviews, they suck! Charged me for extra bacon on the cheese bread, and there was no bacon at all?!
Wow, have these guys gone downhill in a hurry! On 10/7, they delivered 2 pizzas that they dropped and were an absolute mess. Called and spoke to manager who said they would issue a refund. Never refunded it. Chalked that up as a poor delivery person. Then, this past week, wife did an online order on Wednesday. After 70 minutes with no pizza delivered she called. Person she spoke to said "phone orders take precedence over online orders. It will take another 20 minutes."
Dec 2016 - upgrading this review. They've been flawlessly delivering great pizzas again.
Oh, really? What decade do we live in again? She asked them to cancel the order and they said they would. Instead, they charged us. Sigh...
Really sad to see such a place we've eaten at over the past 3-4 years turn to such crappy customer service so quickly.

42 bucks for a large that had hardly any cheese,sauce or toppings. Pizza was burnt.
Ordered a pizza for pick up. Got out to my car and opened the box to make sure they had I given me dipping sauce and discovered the pizza was burned. I understand that things happen and would have been ok if they would have told me what had happened and that I would need to wait while they made another but nope, they just stuck it in the box and tried to pass it off. Luckily I discovered it before I drove all the way home.
The food here is mediocre and the prices are ridiculous. I just paid $23 + tip to have one sub and three cookies delivered. Never again. I have ordered mutliple times before and also dined in at the location. There is nothing exceptional about it. I'm not going back.
